Prior to any research or teaching work being conducted at the Hidden Vale Research Station, you will need to complete one of the following online forms:

  • Project registration, or
  • Teaching registration, or
  • Student registration.

These forms are designed to collect detailed information about the proposed academic activities or projects.

The details on these forms will be used to capture what operational, academic or collaborative support you will need, and will provide you with information about the steps you need to take to start your work.

These forms will go to the HVRS Research Committee for approval and then will be shared with the Turner Family Foundation to ensure they are aware of your proposed activites and any potential interactions with other land-users.

Once your registration has been approved, all persons involved will be required to complete an online Induction and associated OH&S modules.
